Named after the historic building we call home, Old Firehouse Books is a local, independent bookstore in Fort Collins, Colorado. We sell both new books and used books, which helps us have the best selection of titles in town. On the chance we do not have the book you are looking for here in the store we also special order new books. And if you’re looking for ways to save bring in your used books for trade credit.
All of our staff is well read, and knowledgeable in multiple genres such as science fiction, literature, and mystery. We love books, and we love to help you pick the perfect one. We take pride in being a part of both the Fort Collins community, and the independent bookselling community. For that reason we are members of the Better Business Bureau, Mountains and Plains Independent Booksellers Association, American Booksellers Association, Indie Bound, and Be Local Northern Colorado.
